Property and Plans Form Explanation:

Use form “A” When making application to Property and Plans To sell or lease Church land and Property.

Use form “B” When making application to Property and Plan build or repair Church Property.

Use form “C” When making application to purchase property or Making other purchases.
A copy of this application Should be sent to both the finance and Property and Plans Committees

Use form “D” When making application to borrow funds or making application for a loan
and/ or grant from the diocese. This application should be sent to the Diocesan Finance Committee.

Use form “E” When making application for permission to report a current Capital Expenditure
on your annual financialReturns. As per Diocesan policy, before any CapitalExpenditure is reported on the
financial returns,permission to do so must be obtained from the Diocesan Executive
through the finance Committee

Use form “F” To apply for permission to report a proposed future Capital Expenditure,
that is funds which are raised and reported, but not to be spent in the current year.
This application must be sent to the Diocesan Finance Committee.
